Slimming World.

It's come to that time of year again, where all girls worry about their weight.
I never feel confident when i go out due to my weight, so i never really wear summer clothes or revealing outfits.
That's about to change this year, let me tell you!

I recently joined Slimming World as a LOT of people recommended it!
And i love it already.
The consultant was so lovely, and assured me that whatever weight i wanted to lose, it can be done.
The good thing about Slimming World is that you can eat as much as you want, and not put any weight on, aslong as it's free!

I only started last week and only lost 1lb, but i had a pretty stressful week so didn't really try, but i can already tell it's going to be great.

I plan to lose a couple of stone to feel confident and with their help, i think i can do it in a couple of months :)

Quite a few people on the Slimming World diet, have been talking about a Chicken Recipe, which you cook in Diet Coke?!
It apparently makes the chicken really tender, i can't wait to try!

I'm really excited about this diet, as it's probably the easiest one i've ever done and i can't wait to get into some size 12 jeans!

Which diet do you reccomend?


  1. I've heard great things about Slimming World. I'm currently trying the 2 day fasting diet which again allows you to eat normally the rest of the time!

  4. Hello Hun I also started slimming world last week, I lost 4lbs but I have baby weight to lose. I'm finding it so easy are you? I've done weight watchers before and lost 2 stone but I don't like the new we plan xx

  5. It's so good isn't it. You can whatever you want, but you just have to cook it different! I love the plan as you don't have to change your diet either! I've only lost 4lb so far but i've been pretty stressed lol! xx
